  • Amber Pezan

    Amber Pezan is founder and partner with Dulles Law. She is an Illinois-licensed and Virginia-licensed attorney. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in History, a minor in Classics, and a Certificate in Australian and New Zealand Studies. She then attended law school at the University of Notre Dame where she spent her second year studying law in London. After working for the USG in a variety of roles, she ran a Due Diligence and Investigations team for a large, multinational publicly-traded corporation. In addition to being a lawyer, she is a Virginia-licensed Private Investigator and Personal Protective Services Specialist. Amber is passionate about client advocacy and solving difficult problems. 

    Amber lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband and son, both of whom are the bright lights of her life! She plays the trumpet with the Loudoun Community Band as well as serving on their Board of Directors.

    Eric Morehouse

    Eric Morehouse is a Founder and Partner with Dulles Law, where his practice covers various aspects of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law including transactional and litigation-based issues. Eric’s clients range from early-stage technology start-ups to large multinationals. He frequently speaks in the US and internationally on a variety of issues, including all levels of patent prosecution and enforcement, such as effective patent litigation funding, creating IP strategies to support business goals, as well as advising clients on raising funds, obtaining initial revenue, and scaling revenue.

    He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
